Space Derby for Cub Scouts

Space derby is a game based on rockets in which millions of participants take part. The participants who take part in these derby games are called Cub Scouts and exist in a huge number. These derby events are held every year and incorporate many different derby events in their game like raingutter derby which is based on boats and another one called pinewood derby based on cars. Mostly rockets are made up of balsa wood or plastic.

This game relies on four basic principles first one is velocity of your rocket, which simply means the speed of your rocket, next comes the outlook of your rocket and furthermore the robustness of your rocket and the last one comes is your rocket well enough to follow the rules of science. Your rocket speed depends on the quality of material used to construct the rocket. Outlook of your rocket is the design of your rocket which simply means is your rocket designed well enough to catch the attention of viewers. Robustness of your rocket depends on the solid construction of your rocket. Make sure your rocket holds a solid construction so it may not break in the way. Last one is originality of your rocket i.e. is your rocket good enough to follow the rules of science.

Space winder, a tool to wind up rockets to enhance the speed of rockets is a great way to make rockets barrier free and to make them run smoothly on a fishing wire. Be a part of this great derby game and enjoy it with innovative Cub Scout ideas
